We do try to monitor prices and keep ours the lowest, but if you do see the cartridge you want cheaper elsewhere just send us an e-mail at  and we’ll make you a better offer. In the e-mail just be sure to list the website where you saw the better price.

- The Price Promise applies to toner cartridges only.
- The Price Promise applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product in stock and the product is priced accurately.
- The Price Promise applies only to internet retailers selling from their own website.
- The Price Promise can not be used in conjunction with any of our discount coupons.
- The Price Promise will be limited to a maximum of 2 cartridges per order.
- Our Price Promise does not apply to competitor's special offers (eg. buy 1 get 1 free), free offers, auction websites, marketplace websites, non-retail (wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, typographical errors, clearance sales, liquidation sales, mail-in rebate offers, or where a service commitment is included in the transaction.
- We must be able to verify that it is the exact same product in brand-new condition.
- For the purposes of the price match comparison, we will exclude the cost of postage and packing from both items. However, if the competitor’s delivery and packing charges are in excess of £6.00, the excess amount will be included when calculating the total price.
- The Price Promise only applies to items on our website, and not special order items.
- The Price Promise will not apply where we have reason to believe that the competitor’s products are stolen or counterfeit.
- The Price Promise is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
