The MFC-8460N can handle a variety of media sizes, with the 250 sheet A4 paper tray accommodating a range of paper sizes including A5 and A6.
There are 300 speed dials, 40 one-touch dials and 20 group dials that makes faxing your regular contacts really quick and easy. The 50 sheet automatic document feeder faxes or copies multi-page documents, and the flatbed scanner makes faxing and copying bound documents simple.
The MFC-8460N also has a large memory that means that none of your incoming faxes will be lost if you run out of paper. Scanning is simple and quick. You can scan individual or multiple pages from the flatbed or ADF and the ‘Scan to’ function lets you automatically attach your scan to an e-mail, save it in a designated folder or open it in a specific program.
Network
With network connectivity built-in, the MFC-8460N makes network printing, faxing, copying and scanning really simple. At print speeds of up to 28ppm it’s fast and efficient.
Security
Document Security is ensured using Brother’s Secure Function Lock allowing machine access to be controlled.
Supplies
As with all Brother laser machines, the MFC-8460N comes with a separate toner and drum, which means that you only replace the toner or drum when necessary.
