What's instant-on fuser technology?
Dual polymer toner is specially formulated to fuse with standard media at lower temperatures. This means that you don't have to wait for the printer to warm up before printing can start. With the HP HP C7115A cartridge the first page will print just 18 seconds after the print command is executed.
What difference does the OPC drum make?
It is more sensitive than the drums used in previous cartridges. What happens is that the printed image is electrostatically burned onto the OPC drum by a laser in the printer. Toner is transferred to the charged drum and then onto the page. Because the HP C7115A cartridge's OPC drum is more sensitive to the process, the printer will produce smaller, more precisely placed dots for true, 1200 dpi output.
