Choice of cartridges for different users The HP 78 cartridge is available in two ink capacities, a HP 78 19 ml (c6578de) cartridge for low volume or less frequent users, and a higher capacity HP 78 38 ml cartridge (c6578ae) for high volume print users. The light user version produces approx 450 pages, while the standard HP 78 cartridge will produce approximately 1200 pages. Both HP 78 cartridges have the same external dimensions to fit the same printers, with a drop-in/snap-out design for quick, clean and easy replacement.
